Any new item can be returned within 20 days of delivery, just follow our returns and exchanges policy below.


To return your online purchase for a replacement, send us an email at outlining your concern as your satisfaction is important to us. Our team will get back in touch with you quickly.

If your Glydez or Studz are defective or damaged we will be happy to replace your order. If you change your mind we will happily exchange your product but we do stipulate that packaging must be unopened to be eligible for our policy to be met.


• Item(s) must be returned within 20 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase (original email address and order number).

• Item(s) must be unused in the original packaging. We understand that if the product is faulty your package will possibly have been opened. We include additional laces in your package in the unlikely event that something is damaged or faulty, so these additional Glydez or Studz should be enough for your ‘spares’ should a small fault ever occur.

• Gift cards, sale, clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

• You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us and all returns are to be sent to PO Box 119, South Fremantle WA 6162, with the exception of damage/faulty circumstances that is a direct result of our production or delivery services. Colour or size change returns or change of mind we will happily exchange but returns and re-despatch fees will be at your cost.

• If you request a refund, and this is approved the purchase price (excluding delivery charges if 1 item was ordered only, as purchases above 1 item allow for free shipping), will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Once the item(s) is received by our returns department and we have confirmed it meets the above outlined conditions, we will let you know by email that this is being processed. We wouldn’t expect to receive refund requests as we are sure that you will love our product as much as we do, but we will assess reasonable refund requests on a per case basis. If there is any issue or your return doesn't meet our policy, we will advise you promptly.
