For orders with $3, or promotional 'Free' delivery, we use the Australia Post standard priority letter service, tracking is not available for this service. These orders can only be posted to residential or business mailboxes and PO Boxes. If your work address is a corporate building or store within a shopping centre, please ensure that there is a letterbox or your building can accept letter delivery from Australia Post.

"Australia Post regrets to inform customers that due to reductions in air freight capacity, there may be delays on the letters and parcels network that Australia Post operates around the country, particularly to regional and rural communities". We have noted that due to WA border closures delivery timing is now taking 2-2.5 weeks.
Closer to Christmas we will introduce additional delivery options providing faster delivery timings.
