A notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your parcel after 10 business days from shipment, give your local Post Office a call just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, please contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
For orders with $3, or promotional 'Free' delivery, we use the Australia Post standard priority letter service, tracking is not available for this service. These orders can only be posted to residential or business mailboxes and PO Boxes. If your work address is a corporate building or store within a shopping centre, please ensure that there is a letterbox or your building can accept letter delivery from Australia Post.
